Beautiful and Historic Places
We hold Tea Tasting Talks in and around London. This is a great way to learn more about tea and drink a selection of fabulous teas often in beautiful locations such as Kensington Palace (HRP), Ham House (NT) and Michelin-starred Petersham Nurseries nr Richmond.

Tea and British Culture
We take you through a guided tasting of jasmine, white, green, oolong, black and puerh tea, talking about  the provenance of each, how they are made and how to brew them.  We also bring in cultural and historical references (the Opium Wars and the Boston Tea Party) when the British first took to China tea, why Indian tea later dominated and the resurgence of fresh, whole leaf tea.

Lively and interactive Tasting
This is very much an interactive talk/workshop where we discuss all aspects of tea including the facts about health benefits. You are encouraged to give your view on the flavour notes in each tea - peach, caramel or crispy pork? Different teas provoke different responses.
