Assam Second Flush
This Assam Tea, named after the region where it is produced in North East India, is typically drunk as a breakfast tea, but we consider it perfect at any time of the day, with or without milk.
The tropical climate of the area South of the Himalayas produces the slightly malty taste of the Assam, a feature for which it is famed. Ours is certified organic and contains plenty of golden tips and a strong, bright liquor that is rich and robust on the palate, with a malty taste that is smooth and rounded.
