UK Delivery is FREE on orders over £40

We Ship Worldwide

International shipping costs start at £3.50 and vary according to weight and volume and are shown at the checkout before you pay.

We aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. Orders received after 2pm are sent out on the next working day. 

UK Weekend Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm up until Sunday evening will be packed and shipped the following Monday - including 24hr courier service (to arrive Tuesday). 

If you want your parcel delivered on a Saturday, you can choose UK Standard Service (1st Class Royal Mail), which may arrived Saturday (but is not guaranteed), or courier Saturday service (£19.95) – but remember orders MUST be placed before 2pm on Friday to qualify for Saturday Courier service.

If you choose 24hr courier service (£6.50) after 2pm on Thursday your parcel will be delivered the following Monday.

Free Delivery

Delivery time: 2-3 days. Orders over £60 in value will be sent with a tracking number by Royal Mail Special Delivery or UK Mail courier, whichever is more economical

UK Orders under £40

UK Standard Service: (Royal Mail 1^st Class - costs vary)

Delivery time: 2-3 days. The cost of the shipping is calculated by the weight of the items ordered and is shown at the checkout, ranging from £2.95 to £5.95.

Orders that weigh over 1.5kg but do not qualify for free delivery (i.e. are under £40) will automatically be sent by courier and charged £6.50 shipping.

UK 24hr Courier Service: £6.50 (Interlink Next Working Day Delivery)

Delivery time: 1 day (next working day).

Orders must be received by 2pm Mon-Thurs to guarantee next working day delivery. Orders received on Fridays and after 2pm on Thursdays will be shipped Friday but delivered Monday unless you choose Saturday Courier service (£19.95). 

Interlink will provide a tracking number via text or email, with a 1 hour delivery window notification.

International Shipping rates

International orders under £50/under 2kg

International Airmail (cost determined by weight of order and shown at checkout)

Delivery time: Europe 3-5 days, USA & rest of the world 5-7 days*. This delivery method is NOT TRACKABLE. There is an option at the checkout to upgrade to International Trackable Airmail for an additional fee.

*We ship most of our orders within 1 day, but for some European and Middle Eastern countries it can take up to 30 days for shipments to be delivered after they have left our warehouse. Due to many orders being lost in the post, we can only ship to Italy by Trackable airmail (see below)

International orders over £50/over 2kg

International Trackable Airmail (cost determined by weight of order and shown at checkout)

Delivery time: Europe 2-4 days, USA & rest of the world 4-6 days.* A tracking number will be provided for these orders.

*We ship most of our orders within 1 day, but for some European and Middle Eastern countries it can take up to 30 days for shipments to be delivered after they have left our warehouse. Due to many orders being lost in the post, we can only ship to Italy by this method. 

Customs and Import Charges

Within the European Union, duty is not applied to your delivery, but outside the EU charges may apply. If you are unsure, it is a good idea to check with your local customs office because you will be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges on your delivery.
