I have always been one of those people that thinks if it costs more it means it's better, after all, you get what you pay for don't you? So when it comes to buying white tea I have always bought Fuding Bai Hao Yin Zhen, which is beautiful. Well, I thought I'd give this one a try, after all, I was curious to see why it had won an award. I am so glad that I did. It has a beautiful clear colour and a sweet taste. I love to brew this tea pour it and just hold the liquor in my mouth for a few seconds to fully taste all the components that make up the flavour of this beautiful tea. (Posted on 16/07/2010)
