I am not the greatest connoisseur of Darjeeling tea as the quality varies so greatly.
This Anya Emerald Second Flush Darjeeling, made me want to cast aside my doubts.
This is a tea which commands respect in the way getting the best from it when Canton
describe it as a rare tea it certainly is I've not come across a green Darjeeling which has
A multitude of flavours.
There are flowery sweet notes which are more pronounced when you brew this at a lower
Temperature I would say 60 to 65 degrees centigrade.
This allows you to appreciate the caramel hues and savour the flowery notes that make a
Long lasting impression.
This tea is a wonderful example of how good a Darjeeling can be and I look forward
