This is a lovely tasting breakfast tea, just nice to have in your mouth, chew and roll around your palate. Good tannin and floral notes, just how a good black tea should taste, and at such an attractive price. This is a tea you will want forever in your caddy. My own comments on CTC instructions on brewing are that they would produce an infusion suitable only for the addition of milk, but they are too strong if you want to savour the natural pure taste. Two teaspoons of tea and two minutes brewing in a clay pot, this is what I have found to be the best way of preparing this really excellent start to the day. Or to have at any time, for that matter.
