This tea seems to have a lot of promise, but I found it rather elusive. It really needs a lot of attention to the brewing, the margin for error is very narrow. Canton Tea Co suggest 2-3 minutes brew, I wouldn't go further than 2, and finely judge the amount of tea, no more than 2 grams per 200ml. And use a clay pot rather than glass. It's worth persevering to get the taste right, because when it arrives, it's heavenly. But it's rather fussy ... (Posted on 9/8/11)

"This had all the terrific trappings of a first flush Darjeeling. The leaves were a bouquet of greens and browns that gave off a pungently mixed-spice and floral aroma. Inhaling it was an experience all its own; the aroma of jasmine, caramel, jalapeño, and grapes. I didn’t realize how much I’d missed this. My poor nostrils hadn’t whiffed a Darj this strong since the Musk last January."
