JASMINE PEARLS

"I am extremely fond of well-made jasmine tea and I have enjoyed some truly lovely specimens over the past few months. I must say, however, that Canton Tea Company’s Jasmine Pearls is simply the best jasmine tea that I have ever tried."

BAI LIN GONG FU

"Rating: 8/10
Conclusion: This was one of the best Chinese black teas that I have ever had. It was very smooth and subdued, yet rich and strong. It showed intense color through three infusions without any signs of lightening up."
meandmytea.blogspot.com/2009/05/bai-ling-gong-fu.html
"I have not encountered very many black teas that were suitable for brewing using thegongfu method, but as the name would suggest, Canton Tea Co’s Bai Ling Gong Fu is one of them. It is quite a marvelous tea, with a rich, velvet-like character much smoother than most black teas, even Yunnan Gold (Dian Hong) teas, which are notoriously quite smooth"

SILVER NEEDLE (YIN ZHEN)

Rating: 10/10 Conclusion: This Silver Needle is absolutely fabulous. It could very well be the best Silver Needle that I have had to date. The flavor is bold, sweet, and delicate. Everything I look for in a wonderful SN. If you're looking for an absolutely top notch SN, this is a good choice.

WHITE PEONY

"This is another example of a white tea that offers up real flavor: While I like very subtle white teas, a white tea that packs more of a flavor punch can be a real, and welcome, delight."

POUCHONG

Review: This Pouchong is dark, delicious and wonderful. The leaves are long, spindly and hard -- it smells incredibly fresh.
There is absolutely nothing bad about it at all. It's the best Pouchong I've had in a long time.
The Good: smooth, sweet, delicious flavor, light, gentle color, beautiful leaves. The Bad: none
authoritea.blogspot.com
Rating – 10/10
"This Canton Tea Co Pouchong has very dark-green leaves, almost black and in perfect shape. And I really mean in perfect shape – no broken leaves, not even the smallest trace of dust in the bottom of the package. So what you’re getting here is 100%, to the last cup. Brewing revealed wonderful, full-sized leaves.
It’s liquor has a pale-yellow hue and a delicate, subtle aroma, with floral hints of jasmine or fresh roses, almost like it was scented. It reminds me a little of being in a flower shop. When tasting, I thought the liquor felt thick and it had a milky finish, whereas the second brewing was more refreshing. This tea has an unusually sweet flavor with no astringency whatsoever.
I received the tea in a nice, modern cardboard box, with asian elements weaved into the design here and there. Inside the package the leaves are tightly sealed in a silver foil bag. I loved this tea and I can really recommend it, especially for people just starting with oolongs. Oolong tea has a very unfamiliar taste to most people who haven’t had previous experience with them and I think this is a great entry point."
