Bi Luo Chun
Bi Luo Chun
One of the 10 famous teas, this exceptional green tea from Dong Ting Mountain is a favourite among aficionados and for people new to green tea. It involves all the senses. The smell of the dry leaves is like being transported to a summer hayfield. It looks exceptionally pretty with masses of small, tightly curled young green leaves mixed with the paler, creamy-green downy bud. The taste is sweet and soft with fresh, subtle round notes that carry no hint of bitterness. It is floral on the nose and on the tongue. Perfect for summer afternoon drinking.
