We send out all orders received before 3pm weekdays on the same day. Orders received after 3pm are sent out on the next working day.

UK DELIVERY IS FREE on orders over £35 and a FLAT RATE of £2.95 applies to all orders under £35.00.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. International shipping costs vary according to weight and volume and are shown at the checkout before you pay.

UK Shipping Rates

Flat rate £2.95 for all orders up to £35.00 (Orders are sent Royal Mail First Class or by 48 hour next working day courier, whichever is more economical.)
Free delivery for all orders over £35.00 (excl VAT) (Orders are sent Royal Mail First Class or by 48 hour courier, whichever is more economical.)
Orders over the value of £50 are sent Special Delivery with a tracking no. (Royal Mail Special Delivery or 48 hour courier whichever is more economical.)
Guaranteed Express Next Day delivery is available for an additional fee (option at the checkout). Orders must be received by 3pm weekdays to be delivered the next working day. Orders received on Friday before 3pm will arrive on Monday. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will arrive Tuesday.

International Shipping Rates

Europe

All packages up to 2kg are sent International Priority Airmail. If your order is over 2kgs it will be split into 2kg parcels as the most economical strategy. There is an option at the checkout to upgrade (for an additional fee) to International Trackable Airmail for peace of mind.
Orders over £50 are sent International Trackable Airmail which has a tracking no.
Orders within the EU can be sent by European Priority Courier if more economical than International Priority Airmail.

USA & Rest of the World

Orders up to 2kg and under £50 are sent International Priority Airmail (If your order is over 2kgs it will be split into 2kg parcels as the most economical strategy.) You have the option to upgrade for an additional fee at the checkout to International Trackable Airmail.
Orders over £50 are sent International Trackable Airmail. (If your order is over 2kgs it will be split into 2kg parcels as the most economical strategy.)

Within the European Union, duty is not applied to your delivery, but outside the EU charges may apply. If you are unsure, it is a good idea to check with your local customs office because you will be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges on your delivery.
