Great Darjeeling, honey sweet, muscatel tones, everything you expect.
Why this is listed as a Black tea is beyond me, its clearly an oolong, The best Indian Oolong ive ever had to be honest, highly recommended.
I brew using a 300ml glass teapot thing for this (i say thing because its essentially a pitcher with removable tea compartment)
I add 4.5gr of tea boil up water, let it cool for say 2 mins, then infusion times of 15seconds or so.
I come from a puerh background so all my brewing is gongfu, i had to modify it slightly here but its essentialy the same method, just teat it like you would say a Dan Cong oolong or a lighter Wuyi, Bai Ji Guan for instance.

The BEST Darjeeling I have ever tried Review by Pauline

Nothing comes close to this tea. Darjeeling is my favourite tea which I have been drinking for 20+ years. This is the best example I have ever tasted. For a company who specialises in Chinese teas they sure no how to pick Darjeelings! (Posted on 9/11/11)
