Black Pearls
Black Pearls
A deliciously smooth, medium-bodied black tea made from leaves of high grade Yunnan Gold.. Each marble-sized pearl weighs around 1 gram so use just 2 or 3 in a small teapot. The number of pearls you use depends on how strong you like your tea. Black Pearls are perfect to take to the office or away on holiday for a hit of fine black tea with no muss or fuss.
The pearls are made from Yunnan Gold tea in Feng Qing, a small town in Yunnan, home of Yunnan Black (Dian Hong) tea. The leaves are wilted, oxidised and baked, then hand-rolled into uniformly sized spheres - ready for quick and easy infusion.
